Our beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath villa in a great peaceful location is only 10 minutes from Disney. We offer heatable pool (state of the art salt water chlorinator system for softer, safer water), spa, games room, free international phone calls and free internet access. After staying in our spacious home we guarantee you will never want to go back to a vacation in the confines of a hotel room again.
Living Areas:
The main living area is spacious and tastefully decorated with sofas, easy chairs, coffee table and side tables, tv (cable), stereo and a selection of cds, books and board games. Dining area has a large table and 6 chairs,and this leads through to the fully equipped kitchen with range, fridge freezer(with ice maker), dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the utensils and crockery you will need for indoor and outdoor living. Seperate laundry room with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Games room with pool table, foosball and air hockey plus kids darts. Great for all the family to wind down after a hard day at the parks.
Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom with bathroom is spacious, light and airy with a queen bed, dresser and side cabinets, walk in closet with wall safe and bathroom with oval bath and seperate shower. TV, phone and alarm clock/radio. Access the pool area through the sliding door.
Exterior:
The fibre optic lit pool and spa is surrounded with a large extended deck area. The outdoor luxury furniture includes table and umbrella, chairs, loungers, foot stools and side table. The pool area is fully screened and a hedge surrounds the exterior for extra privacy. A child safety fence is provided. This is the perfect area for relaxation in the evening after a long day at the parks or just for a day off to catch that Florida sun. The pool boasts a salt chlorinator system which means less chemicals in the water so will not dry the skin and will leave it feeling softer.
This home complies with all hygeine and safety regulations required by the State of Florida. This home has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Division of Hotels and Restaurants.
