UNBELIEVABLE are always the first words on arrival at our beautiful home. Maybe it's the location or perhaps it's when all the guests are left to discover the splendour and spaciousness of each individual room. It could be the wealth of things to do in the Games Room, with its full size air hockey table and FREE full size arcade games such as shaq attack pinball and MS Pacman. Then you will venture outside and find the luxurious larger than average heated swimming pool and spa/Jacuzzi. Amongst the fabulous patio furniture is the outside pool table, for all those who feel active enough to hold a nighttime tournament in the moonlight, particularly after a day at the theme parks. Perhaps its the Las Vegas casino area with the roulette table, poker and black jack table, or maybe it's the two themed Disney bedrooms which will be a must for all children. The whole house is furnished to the highest standards and the only problem is you wont want to move away from the house, where you can watch DVD'S on the large screen, and the theatre surround system will enable you to experience movies like you never have before. We really don't know what it is that you will enjoy the most the only thing we know is it will be the best vacation you will ever have. This executive home has everything and more.....DVD players, videos and free telephone locally, nationally and internationally. Our local management company will be on hand 24 hour a day to answer any questions you may have, but the only question you are likely to have is "do we have to leave this paradise property to go to the theme parks"???

what our spacious and beautiful 3-bedroom villa has to offer. Our
private, screened-in pool offers hours of refreshing relaxation. Heated year round by solar power, the pool can be supplemented with additional gas heat in the winter, if you?d like, to make
it even toastier. Lounge poolside either in the bright Florida sun or in the comfort of
the shade provided by our ample lanai, with room enough for reclining lounge chairs and dining table with chairs.
Three bedrooms - and a convertible sofa in the living room - comfortably sleeps
eight adults.The master bedroom suite is furnished with a king-sized bed and private
bathroom which opens onto the pool area, while our queen-sized bedroom and twin
bedroom share a second full bathroom. All three bedrooms are equipped with cable TV.
Both a living room and 2 family game rooms provide ample space for indoor fun and
frolic. The living room offers cable TV with VCR and DVD player - along with a
movie collection to satisfy every member of your family. The first game room is equipped
with a full-sized billiards table, cable TV with a
PlayStation (with over 25 assorted video games) and a supply of board games for ?family fun
nights? or rainy day amusement. The second game room includes ping pong (full sized!), Foos Ball (soccer) and plenty of room to stretch out and have fun!
In case you have work to do while vacationing - or just like to bring along a laptop to keep up with email - our home is equipped with high speed internet access, available either wirelessly or with an ethernet cable.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with a complete set of modern appliances, a
generous sampling of flatware, dinnerware, cooking supplies - and anything else you may
need. Serve your meals at the breakfast bar, poolside on the lanai, or in our fabulously
appointed dining room. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with washer, dryer,
iron and ironing board.
Do you have infants, toddlers or young children? We?re equipped with crib,
booster seat, toddler bedrails, baby monitor and night lights - and an alarm system that
will let you know anytime one of our exterior doors has been opened.

This home-away-from-home has 2 master bedrooms, each with king size bed and a private bath. The two regular bedrooms have either two twin beds or a double bed with a shared bath room. This cozy retreat has been recently up-graded with big tiles intalled in entire house except the 4 bedrooms. All furnitures, bed and bath room linens and towels, kitchen utensils and dining wares are new. Enjoy your stay here with an in-ground heated pool and close proximity to Disney attractions and other major theme parks at a quiet neighborhood. The pool and lanai area is fully screened, accessible from 2 different sliding glass doors. There is a TV in each bedroom and a wall-mounted hair dryer in each bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and stove, microwave, fridge and freezer with ice maker, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishware, glassware, tableware, utensils, etc. There is also a full size washer and dryer, and an iron with ironing board in the laundry room. The living room has a 27 inch TV, with cable, DVD/VCR combo player. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. All linens, bath towels and dishwares are cleaned by maid service after each stay.
