This fantastic home was only completed in September 2009. It is located on the conservation-friendly community of Sandy Ridge - only a 2 minute drive to the shopping/eating areas of Champions Gate. Nearby golf courses include the Omni and Reunion Resorts. I4 is located at Champions Gate, giving access east and west to Disney and Universal to the east and Tampa and Busch Gardens to the West
The villa benefits from 5 spacious bedrooms - each with closets. There are 2 Master suites, a full room and 2 twin rooms. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 located with the masters and the third giving access to the wonderful pool area. There are 32 inch plasma tvs in the masters and a Wii system in the front twin room.
There is a full kitchen with all you will need, an eating area within the kitchen and a formal dining table located in the living area.
There are fans in each of the rooms and a wall mounted plasma tv to the living room.
The games room has a pool table, air hockey game, foosball and ice hockey tables. There is a table with chairs in here too
The pool overlooks open farmland and there is a jacuzzi and lanai area. There are sunbeds and a table and chairs for outside dining.

It has recently been redecorated and is located on the much sought after golf community of Highlands Reserve.There are 3 large bedrooms (1 King, 1 queen and 1 twin room) each with their own TV
This villa is a fully furnished single storey home with all the amenities you?ll need to relax and enjoy your holiday. You?ll have a coffee pot, electric tea kettle, cups, plates, tableware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, iron, ironing board , portable crib, dishwasher, clothes washer, dryer, wine opener, wine glasses, toaster, microwave oven, stove and refrigerator. It?s located in the one of the nicest communities in central Florida, The Highlands Reserve. The Highlands Reserve Golf Club is only a five minute walk away. The course gets consistently high ratings by golf publications. A Publix supermarket is a half mile away so that you can pick up anything you may need. There?s also a CVS pharmacy across from the supermarket and several restaurants. Location, only minutes to the parks, makes this home an ideal place for the entire family.
You?ll not only have your own private pool with a lanai in a fenced in yard to enjoy, you?ll have access to the community pool, tennis courts and playground.
