Welcome to our brand new (March 06) luxury 5 bedroom holiday home located just 12 minutes from Disney. Our holiday house is fully air conditioned. It has a large private pool and spa with spectacular views overlooking conservation land.
With five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms it is large enough to comfortably sleep one or two families (10-12 people). The pool has privacy fencing and sun shelf which is ideal for children.
The villa is newly built in Legacy Park, one of the nicest communities in the Orlando / Davenport / Kissimmee area. Overlooking orange grove landscape, our home is ideally located just off US 27 with easy access to Interstate 4. We are near major attractions; just 12 minutes from Disneyworld and 25 minutes from Epcot, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Wet & Wild and Gatorland. Orlando International Airport is only 30 minutes away.
The villa comprises 5 bedrooms (3 of which are masters with en-suite), a large fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area, family room with wide screen TV, including a surround-sound home entertainment system with DVD player. A separate spacious living and dining area means everyone can sit and eat at the same time. The villa is furnished to a high standard with sumptuous leather sofas, individually designed over-sized pool and spa (including fibre-optic night light display). Cable TV/DVDs are in every bedroom. If you want to get away from the children (or get them away from you!), there is a spacious den area upstairs which has a large corner sofa, TV and Playstation. The villa is professionally cleaned between every visit. All bed linen and towels are provided.
There are 3 master suites, 2 with king-size beds and the other with a queen-size bed. One master is located on the ground floor ? perfect for one or two families to share, an older / disabled family member, or even if you just want to be away from the rest of the family! Each master has an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are twins (one with a Disney theme) with Jack and Jill bathroom. There is a cloakroom beside the swimming pool. The villa is well equipped for babies and young children with a cot and high chair provided at no extra charge.
Our villa is the perfect place to return at the end of a long day. With all the comforts of home you can relax around the pool with a glass of wine and watch the sun set over the conservation land. There?s so much to see and do in the area, you‘ll need an occasional day to simply chill out in the villa while the children have fun in the heated swimming pool.

Our Orlando vacation rental home is tastefully furnished, extremely comfortable and it is set in the very charming, popular sub-division of The Palms at Lake Davenport Estates which is only a 6 mile easy drive to Walt Disney World.
Our Disney villa has volume ceilings, nearly 2000 sq ft of living space consisting of a formal lounge with separate dining area, a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast nook and a family room with patio doors to the pool terrace.
The Family room has Cable TV, VCR, DVD player, Playstation 2 console and a selection of games are supplied as well as a selection of movies, books, games and CDs.
Our Florida holiday home will comfortably sleep 8 guests with a King Master bedroom with a very comfortable King bed, Cable TV, ceiling fan, clock radio and en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet.
The 2nd bedroom also has a very comfortable Queen bed, Cable TV, ceiling fan, clock radio and a roomy closet with plenty of hanging space.
The two remaining bedrooms each have two twin beds, Cable TV and roomy closets.
All bedrooms have Cable TV, both bathrooms have hairdryers and towels and all linens are supplied including towels for the pool area.
A pack and play crib, stroller and highchair are also provided at no extra charge.
There is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Ceiling fans are fitted in the Family room and the Master and 2nd bedrooms.
A Free Gas BBQ Grill is also provided for guests‘ use.
Our private pool terrace has a table and cushioned chairs and recliners so you can relax and enjoy the sunshine during your Florida vacation. The pool and terrace can be illuminated at night for swimming or just to relax in the evening and watch the glorious sunsets after a busy fun filled day.
There is a phone has free National and International calls and an intercom system installed in the kitchen plays piped music to all rooms and the pool terrace.
Smoking is allowed on the pool terrace and the surrounding areas only.
