Our lovely executive villa is fully air-conditioned and features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with own private heated pool and spa. The pool area is fully screened and furnished with table, chairs, loungers with cushions and a smaller table with 4 chairs for children, also features child safety alarms on all doors leading to pool area. Intercom system with radio throughout villa including patio/pool side.
Master bedroom features a king size bed, telephone, cable TV/VCR/DVD player and ensuite with his/her vanity with garden tub, walk-in shower and hair dryer with access to pool area.
Also, had a bedroom that features a queen size bed with cable TV/VCR/DVD player and access to pool area, 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each. One bedroom features a Disney theme with cable TV and a Mickey Mouse TV/DVD player, other bedroom has cable TV/VCR/DVD player.
The lounge (family room) area has cable TV, TV/VCR/DVD player with many movies to choose from for your viewing and access to pool area. A stereo with cassette/CD player.
The formal living room features a queen size sofa sleeper.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a table with seating for 4 people and 6 swivel chairs around kitchen counter.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths it is big enough for two families and ideal if Grandma and Grandpa want to come along. The pool with the southern exposure provides the maximum amount of sun year round. Once you stay in our beautiful Orlando Vacation Home, hopefully, you will start to think of it as "Your Orlando Vacation Home". We are situated in Highlands Reserve, a peaceful neighborhood of upscale housing built around the Highlands Reserve Golf Course, an area of new development, and surrounded by orange groves. The large master suite has a king size bed, private bath with a garden tub and a separate glass enclosed shower. The large second bedroom has a queen size bed. Bedrooms 3 & 4 each have twin beds. The sofa in the living room folds out to a queen size bed also if necessary. A baby crib is available upon request. There is cable TV in all of the bedrooms as well as the living room. The home is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and house wares necessary for preparing your meals. There is a computer hooked up with high speed internet access. There is also a wireless modem for your convenience should you desire to bring your own laptop. There unlimited free local and long distance calling. Close enough to Disney that you can return home to relax in the middle of the day to avoid the midday crowds in the parks. You can eat lunch your pool while the kids take a nap and return to the park in late afternoon when the crowds dissipate. This is a great way to experience Florida and all the attractions of the Orlando area.

Shannon House is a private, family owned upgraded executive villa with games room, situated on the prestigious Hampton Lakes development which is about 11 miles from Disney (20 minutes) and within easy reach of all attractions. Hampton Lakes is a quiet area and our villa is in a Cul de Sac. It is in the executive part of the development where the homes are spaced further apart, also it is on higher ground than the home behind and is therefore not directly overlooked. This makes for an ideal base for any family vacation in Florida.
The villa is a 5 bed 3 bath executive home, and sleeps (12 total) 10 in comfort, 3 of the bedrooms are doubles, 2 with ensuite bathrooms, 2 twin bedded rooms and a further bathroom. there is a sleeper sofa in the front lounge to sleep an additional 2 guests. The master bathroom has access to the pool deck.
The games room is more like an arcade, with foosball, air hockey, basketball and roll-a-score games. Suitable for adults and children alike, fun for all on a rainy day!
A computer with free high speed wireless internet access is provided for those who wish to stay in touch with the outside world! If you want, bring your own lap to PC too.
Free local, long distance and international phone calls, no phone or credit cards required. Long distance and international calls are available free through the broadband internet connection, free calls to USA & Canada, land line and mobile, United Kingdom 01 & 02 numbers only, and landline calls to Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece and Germany. All other calls are metered and will be charged.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped and also has a separate eat in area with table and chairs rather than the usual bar stools.
There are 2 lounge areas, plus a Dining room. Air conditioned living space is about 2500 square feet.
4 cable TV‘s, 3 VCR‘s DVD player and a midi hifi system should keep arguments about who watches or listens to what to a minimum! Cable in 3 bedrooms plus the lounge, the second lounge does not have a TV.
The private swimming pool is 30? x 15? and is enclosed by a bug screen of 48? x 21?, the extended deck is furnished with 2 round tables, 8 chairs and 4 chaises (loungers). The Jacuzzi is set beside the pool and has under water lighting as has the pool. The pool can be heated at an extra cost. There is also a covered porch (lanai) where shelter can be sought.
A cot and highchair are available at no extra charge if required. Rear doors are protected by electronic alarms which sound when doors are opened, the alarms are very loud and can be heard throughout the house. The front door has a device fitted to the top of it to prevent not only unauthorised access, but also stop children from opening the door and leaving the home.

Our luxurious and spacious 3 bedroom villa is situated on the US27, 2 miles south of US192. Only 10 minutes drive from Disney MainGate our villa is perfectly situated for all other major theme parks and attractions.
Our community is The Palms at Lake Davenport Estates. Various fine dining and fast food restaurants and also Publix and Walmart supermarkets are all within 1 mile. Lots of other shops and restaurants are closeby. Public golf courses are within 1 mile!
Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes away and Sanford 55 minutes. The glorious beach of the Gulf of Mexico is 90 minutes drive by car.
Our villa offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large lounge with dining area and a family room. This allows you to spread out and relax. In the lounge area there is a Queen Size sofa bed which also sleeps two adults, plus a baby‘s cot.
The well equipped kitchen has everything you need, including cooker, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, various small appliances and all necessary cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery etc. There is a breakfast area with seating for 4 and a breakfast bar with seating for 3.
There is also a utility room which contains washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom contains a 7 foot wide King sized bed. The second bedroom has a 5 foot Queen size bed. The third bedroom contains twin beds.
Our swimming pool is 28ft x 14ft with Lanai and Pool Furniture including sun loungers. Electric pool heating is available at $140 or £80 per week (if required). The pool is fully screened and also totally fenced for maximum privacy.
Air conditioned throughout with Ceiling Fans in Lounge, Family Room and Master bedroom.
Baby‘s Cot, High Chair and Stroller are included for your convenience at no extra cost.

Should you opt for a more formal dinner, we have a lovly formal dining area. The eat in kitchen with dinette set, allows you to have a more casual setting.

For the young and young at heart there is board games, puzzles, and a collection of books and tapes.
